Cig-Arrête Battery Powered Products
Many customers just require a very simple system using 4 x AA batteries in each product. All the products listed below can be interconnected using 4 core 0.75mm alarm cable. Each detector is powered by batteries and the system can be scaled to suit any application large or small.
Cig-Arrête Battery Powered System Overview
The Cig-Arrête SD Evolution Battery Operated Stand Alone Devices are battery powered using 4 x AA Alkaline Cells.
Can be installed as a single stand alone unit.
Can be installed as a wired system as shown left where each device has its own batteries.
All devices are compatible and can be interconnected.
1 x CSA-IR2 Remote Controller is required per system.
Cig-Arrête Tobacco Smoke Detector
The CSA-GOV Tobacco Smoke Detector incorporates gas sensing technology and is designed to provide voice messages in any area of a facility to warn of illicit tobacco smoking, such as restrooms, washrooms in schools, hospitals and businesses. The product will provide coverage for an area 3m x 3m x 3m and can be stand alone or hard wired to any other Cig-Arrête SD Evolution product in the range.
Fully programmable the Cig-Arrête® SD Evolution product rangehas the ability to play any audio file in any language without the need for complex programming knowledge.

Cig-Arrête Flame Detector
The CSA-FOV incorporates Flame detection and is designed to provide voice messages in any area of a facility to warn of illicit tobacco smoking, such as restrooms, washrooms in schools, hospitals and business. The product will detect and indicate detection within one second of a 25mm flame up to a distance of 6 meters.

Cig-Arrête Combined Sounder Flasher Unit
The Cig-Arrête CSA-FSU incorporates a voice alarm combined with an ultra bright LED Flasher Unit and is designed to provide voice messages and visual indication in remote areas of a facilities to warn of illicit tobacco smoking, such as restrooms, washrooms in schools, hospitals and business.

Cig-Arrête Standard Controller
For remote monitoring of your Cig-Arrête alarm system, the CSA-S5B standard controller performs all the functionality to ensure that you do not miss an alarm condition.
Capable of driving up to 5 Cig-Arrête slave sensors per zone, or any of the SD Evolution products, the controller provides a visual indication of fault and alarm conditions at a remote location. Audible confirmation is facilitated by means of the integral buzzer, which provides a beep at each event.
The controller is silenced and reset by pressing the appropriate buttons on the panel fascia.
Cig-Arrête Auto - Reset Controller
For Remote Monitoring of your Cig-Arrête alarm system, the CSA-S5BAR Auto-Reset controller performs all the functionality to ensure that you do not miss an alarm condition and then auto resets the alarm condition after 30 seconds.
Capable of driving up to 5 Cig-Arrête slave sensors per zone, the controller provides a visual indication of fault and alarm conditions at a remote location. Audible confirmation is facilitated by means of the integral buzzer, which provides a beep at each event.
